Do you ship internationally

As of right now, Coachella’s Best Organic Dates is only able to ship to addresses within the United States 🇺🇸 but hopefully one day we will be able to ship our dates around the world 🌎

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Returns

Can I return my product?

Since all of our dates are considered food products, we are not allowed to accept returns. However, if you have any issues or concerns about your order, please reach out to us via email (info@coachellasbestdates.com) to find a solution for you ASAP.Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific time.

How long will my dates last?

You can store our dates at room temperature for 1 to 2 months, in the refrigerator for up to 6 months, and about 1 year frozen.

How should I store my dates?

Coachella’s Best Organic Dates preserve the best if transferred into an airtight container or resealable bag in your refrigerator.

Why is Coachella Valley so great for growing dates?

Nearly 95% of the nation's crop is grown in Coachella Valley each year. The valley’s warm year-round sunshine and dry desert climate make for optimal date growing conditions.

Are Coachella’s Best Organic Dates processed with nuts or allergens?

In our processing facility, we solely process dates. We only grow and harvest dates and our packing room only has dates, no other produce or products. Our dates are processed in a facility with robust allergen control and sanitation programs in place to prevent any cross-contamination of allergens. We cannot however say they are in a free-from allergen facility.

Many conventional date farmers use harmful chemicals and pesticides near date palms for weed control. As an organic farm, we vow to never use harmful chemicals or additives... meaning our fruit is fresher, safer and held to the highest quality standards that we’d only feed to our own families.
